Thanks, guys!
Nothing else to report really, except that we had a nice, relaxing day today! DH and I went to Best Buy and he finally got his iPod I "gave" him for his birthday back in April.
(I've learned that I can't actually make electronic purchases for him without him...and we finally got out & bought it today). I also bought a less expensive MP3 player for myself, since I dropped and broke mine a few weeks ago.
Gotta say, I'm loving the new one and hope to get some music put on it tonight or tomorrow night. The new one (Sandisk) has a few features my other one didn't have: stopwatch (won't need to wear a watch when running!), FM radio built in (NICE!) and playlists that I can set up myself. Another reason to get me excited to run!!
Right now, I'm shooting for runs on Wed & Friday this week, with other workouts in between (gonna try the Scott & Amy special) - then a longer run on the weekend.
WISH me luck!!!

That new Ipod sounds like it will be great for running.
You're doing a great job! Keep up the good work! You CAN do it, Kim!
I bet you'll be even more motivated now that you have a new mp3 player.
I find that sometimes I'll change the playlist and add some stuff I am desperate to hear, JUST to motivate myself to get out to the track or the gym. I only allow myself to use my ipod or my shuffle when I am training, and it has a lot of music on it that you don't hear on the radio, including some stuff I used to play on my Christian radio show in college. I hope you'll enjoy the music in your workouts.
I know you're busy playing the loving wife role, so don't you stress. (gotta say, I LOVE the jealousy!!)
) OMG!!! That is NUTS!! The freakin scissors, flank, pushups were SO hard! I made it through the first 5 minutes, but going through that cycle again...I tried my best. WHEW!

I know how hard it can be to get out of out a warm, comfy bed in the morning. (Especially when it's cold and snowing outside!
) Some mornings I can spend an hour or more arguing with myself about whether I should workout or not.
Good for you for getting your workout in!
