Killin' Time during Cirque . . . . . . .

Two members of our group are seeing the 6:00 Cirque show. The remaining three of us are not but want to stay in the general area to meet up with them later.

Since we will be having dinner together afterward, what suggestions would you make for filling those couple of hours while they're in the show??

You could easily just spend those hours looking around in the shops throughout the MarketPlace and the WestSide (well, at least I can!! ). If shopping isn't your thing, you could go to the AMC theater and see a movie. You could spend a few hours at DisneyQuest. If you have any children in your group, you could spend time playing in the Lego area or they could bring bathing suits and play in the fountains. You could ride the carousel. You could have your hair wrapped. You could take the boat ride between the MarketPlace and POR there and back, it is a beautiful and relaxing ride. You can rent water sprite, canopy or pontoon boats at Cap'n Jack's Marina (not sure how late in the evening you can rent these).

Quite simply... DisneyQuest! Amazing how much time you can spend there without realising it. One of the highlights of WDW IMHO!

you need not concern yourself that you will have two hours to entertain yourself - there is so much stuff at DD disney that it will be near impossible to not have a very engaging time -

free things too - watch a few magic tricks being performed at Magic Masters - just walk in and ask to see a few and they will do them...obviously they want you to buy one of them and they will try to sell you them but you don't have to buy - I took my daughter in with the intention of seeing a few tricks and getting my dd 7years old a trick or two

Then if you are into this kind of thing you can stand by the window and watch a guy hand roll cigars

The guitar shop is there you can meander through

frankly there are shops galore you can window shop

there is the board walk you can walk on and enjoy the evening breeze and watch the sights

if you have a kid with you or are feeling like a kid you can go into disneyquest (two hours though will not be enough time to scratch the suface of that place) it does cost however unless you have a disney resort ultimate park hopper. Cost is 32 a head I believe.
