kids ts credits at signature restaurants

Hi All! May be a silly question, but I can't seem to find an answer anywhere. IF we are on the regular DDP and choose to go to a signature restaurant and use 2 TS credits, does our 7 yo also have to use 2 credits to order off of the kids menu? TIA

Yes, everyone is charged 2 credits. It may be better to pay OOP for the child's meal.

But if you pay OOP for the child's meal and use credits for the adults, you will have CHILD TS credits left and no adult credits. You'll want to find a way to use those credits.

A 2 credit restaurant is a 2 credit restaurant, same for everybody.

It's worth looking into what you might intend to do with leftover children's credits, since they can be used only to purchase children's meals.
