Kids Menu for Adults

Have any adults here ordered from the kid's menu for yourself? I'm thinking counter service, not sit-down places. It says "for Mickey's little friends only, please" on the menus, but if it's counter service, what can they do? Some of the kid's stuff looks more appealing to me (but at 32 I still consider myself a kid!).

I do it at counter service a lot (but not really at sit-downs).

I have health problems and have to eat five small meals a day. If I'm at home I can just get a meal, eat half, and put it in the fridge. A day in the parks isn't that easy. If I'm doing TS, I'll just have an appetizer, and maybe a bite of bf's dessert to keep portions low. If I'm doing CS, it's some mickey mac and cheese, or mickey chicken nuggets for me quite often. At some places, one CS meal is enough to feed two people (tusker house) so bf and I will just split.

In any case, follow your heart, and know that no one will say anything to you... they'll just assume you've got the kids holding your table.

Counter Service has no problem doing this and they will never know unless you tell them. Do to picky tastes, there have been times when all we order is a kids meal and wind up going to another CS area and get our meals.

I'm very picky. I ordered off the kids menu once or twice at CS last year. I've never done it at TS yet, but would have no problem asking. I'd even pay full price, that's no problem. I'm just so picky that many of the menus have nothing I would eat.

Typically, they would provide an adult portion of the child meal, at an adult price, in that case. I suppose we can think of it as making them feel better about charging more.

Yea! I saw beans & franks on one menu - sounded better to me than anything on the regular one!
