My son is a picky eater and pretty much lives on chicken as his only source of protein. I've been looking over the menus and it appears that the only thing he will eat at the HS QS restaurants are chicken nuggets. I'm curious to know how many nuggets come as part of the kids meal?

DS will be 9 at the time. If it's too few then we'll need to go to a QS location that offers chicken nuggets as an adult option.

:cutie:

Last time we were there ordering nuggets it was four (rarely, five, though I think that was probably just a server mistake when it did happen) of your standard, McNugget-sized chicken nuggets. With fries/grapes/etc, so about the same amount of food as you get in a standard fast food restaurant's kid's meal.

There are several places on property that sell adult chicken breast nugget meals. They are yummy and come with 8 pieces of chicken. I split it with my DS often.

The adult chicken nuggets are so much nicer! They actually look like chicken inside, not like the kids ones!! In December we mainly got DD an adults chicken nuggets at the CS places (she doesn't eat pizza, burgers hot dogs!!) as they at least looked somehow healthier :confused3;)

The kids meals come with 4 nuggets and one of my kids did not like them. They are different then the nuggets he is used to. He wouldn't eat them at all so they got split up between the other kids and I had to find other things for him to eat from the carts.

My dd9 never liked those kids nuggets. We have always gotten her the adult nugget meals. They serving sizes on all QS kids meals are pretty small.

The kids ones are small and hard and not very tasty. They USED to have some locations that had the breast strips for kids but I have not seen that in a long time. DS learned to ask when he was little. The adult ones are yummy. Might want to look harder at your meal plan if he is not going to be ok with any meal besides a kids nuggets and if that is not enough for him. Most buffets do have kid nuggets and he could eat as many as he wants!

I did notice that there are a few TS locations in DHS that serve baked, grilled, or fried chicken (he'll eat it cooked any way). And there are 2 locations that serve adult nuggets. We'll eat at one of those places for our meals.

Thanks everyone for your help!

I often order the adult meal, but ask them to give me the children's chicken nuggets. It's beer been a problem. I prefer the child nuggets, so I love getting eight!

I stayed at POP in Dec. On the previous trip I had discovered that I love the chicken nuggets at WDW. But having no one to share them with now, 8 is just too many for me. At the POR food court, I was allowed to buy the nuggets kids meal. I was paying oop. The nuggets were exactly the same. The cashier even sent me back to get a small drink because that was part of the meal.
