She HATES for me to dry her hair, so unless we are going somewhere, that's a battle I choose not to have...therefore, she has wet hair in these pics! I also want to make some pants to go with it in case it is cool when we are there. BTW...only 20 days to go!!!

Also, I don't know that this is the shirt she will wear under the jumper. I guess it depends on the weather.

Hi!! We did Epcot today. There was NO ONE THERE!! It was downright creepy. There was a marathon in the morning, which was kind of exciting, but other than that...it was a ghost town...weird.

This is where we ate lunch...can you hear the crickets chirping...

I don't think I've seen anything out of this fabric yet. Where did you get it? It's really cute!! I've spent a few minutes trying to help you find inspiration, but I think my brain is full. I can't come up with anything besides a peasant dress!

She is SOO cute! That is some great twirling action! I love this dress, it looks like you did a really professional job on it!! I don't know about the button color. I would think you could go with any of the colors in the dress and it'd be cute! BTW, we have a rule about not apologizing for (or explaining)wet hair!

I've been oohing and aaahing over all of the special outfits that you've made or bought for your children. We are taking our children, for the first time in Feb. I'd love to have a pair of special overalls for my little boy who's 3 1/2. I've checked ebay...and didn't find anything that I loved. The straps come over the shoulders from the front. Then go through an elastic loop connected to the center back. Tie it from there.

That's weird that it was so quiet there today. I wouldn't know what to do. The only time we've been there it was July and wall to wall people all the time. LOL Love Irelands new ears.

That is EXACTLY why I need a seasonal pass. I was an hour and 45 minutes away from a PERFECT (did it rain though? it rained here early in the day) Epcot day. This is also why once I finish my teaching degree we may be selling and moving EAST!!!

This dres is beautiful! you did a FABULOUS job! Did you make the blouse too? Did you use a pattern? I would love to make a dress in this style.

So cute! I love dance pictures. I think my days of those are over for now. My DD REFUSES to go do dance. She just goes to class and cries. I'm not gonna make her do it. I hope in the future she decies that she would like to try again.

Wow, this is amazing - where did you ever get that awesome fabric!!!! That would be dream fabric for me cause i LOVE all the colors!! Hmmmm - maybe bright green buttons? Maybe the ones that are shaped like Mickey heads????

That was me t! I did use the zuma pattern. My Lily is not quite 2 1/2, not sure exactly how old your Lily is? Mine is very average sized for her age and the smallest size on the pattern ended up fitting her perfectly. Let me know how I can help! I'll be off to the world though in 5 DAYS!

Anastasia is gorgeous! I love all the pictures from the world! I'm getting sooooo excited to be there I can hardly stand it! The kids are getting pretty excited too--surprisingly the 2 youngest the most! DS5 just lights up every time he talks about it and everytime we tell Lily "We're going to Lella's castle" or "we're going to Mickey's house" she screams "woo hoo! Me too!"

I forgot to say, I second the idea of the mickey head buttons. The colors would be great. In case you were wondering, they are in the scrapbooking section and you just have to peel the little sticky back off of them. I used the big ones on this outfit for DD and the little ones for her baby's outfit.

Getting ready to head off to bed - but I had to share some Fabric I've bought recently - this is a shot of all of it, (well all but one print) I haven't decided what I am going to do with the kitties but I HAD to have it.

The dogs and dots will be a strip work jumper with a halter top, then the valentine stuff will probably be the same. The princess toile (or however it is you spell it will be a dress I think) and then there's the Pirates of the Caribbean fabric I found today (on my first hobby lobby trip) I have a close up of it here cause it's just too cool!!! I am going to make my little guy some pants and an "appliqué t shirt" for the pirate and princess party.

OOooo and I am SOOOO excited - probably why I am sooo exhausted and still awake - we just got our Seasonal Annual Disney Passes again - so we get to go back to Disney - starting tomorrow!!!! YEAH!!!! Anyone who wants to do a weekend day trip for a few hours maybe we can meet up!

All the creations have been great again this week - wish I was that talented!!!!

And the talk of loose teeth is giving me the chills - I can handle scraped knees, broken bones, puke, boogers whatever but loose teeth give me the willies!!!

Okay, I am soo jealous ! Terrific material and Disney passes! NOT FAIR!
