Cute pirates! May just have to do a pirate dress for dd. I have some pirate fabric already for ds a pair of pj pants, so . . .

Anyway, still no disney outfits yet (want to wait a few months and see what size she'll be - not going until December.) However, I have been busy sewin' up some non-disney outfits for dd. I have a serious addiction here. It used to be scrapbook paper, now it's fabric! OK, well, both!

I can tell you are a scrapbooker by the last dress. The combinations are adorable, where did you get your fabric?
LOVE the monkey dress too, we love monkeys! That pattern would make a really cute Wendy dress.

That is so cute. We had a recital last year, nothing so exciting as Disney (and her teacher goes to Disney several times a year).

Here's last years pirate pictures. I made it multi-functional! Costume for Halloween and with the jean jacket for running around town in. It was a big seller on Ebay so I guess not too many people minded the skulls! Speaking of Ebay...My jewelry sale starts at 5pm EST today and ends monday am at 9EST. I used markdown manager to discount every item in my listings so if you're accessory hunting I do have lots of jewels!

I saw the pirate skulls with roses at Joanns. I didn't check the price but with a coupon, it would be cheaper than ebay! Gotta save money since we have to have these outfits, shoes, bows, necklaces, bracelets, autograph albums...... Where does it stop?

WELL, I've been told that markdown manager doesn't always work the first time & they've had problems with it since they've started it. I had to reschedule it for 7:00 and hope it works at that time. I did tell everybody 5:00 so whoever wants stuff you can go get it now and I'll just change the invoices myself to reflect the 15% discount before I invoice you. I changed the end time to 12:00 on monday as well. That should be enough time for shopping!!! I don't want to see any fighting!!!

I got the fabric at Wal Mart, actually, though I've seen it at JoAnn's also.

That monkey dress was her birthday dress - she's crazy about monkeys! And that pattern would make a good Wendy dress - will have to keep that in mind, thanks!

Actually, it was a combination of patterns - the bodice is New Look 6613 and the skirt is McCall's 5084

I haven't purchased one yet, but there are several I want and I know others were looking for some too.
