That looks beautiful! I want to make one for me!
I love this! Excellent job on the painted Lilo & Stitch!
I'm thinking Tessa needs an outfit, too. She is a "Call girl" after all. That's how she pronounced "Cowgirl". She goes around telling people she's a call girl.
It's really cute! I also tried working with the metallic thread on the My Little Pony applique I made. My thread did the same thing- seperated and I had to keep re-threading it. Ugh! But, we made it through. You go, metallic thread sister!
Ok first of all...

Second, thanks for the 2nd comment on metallic thread. I was really tempted to get some, but have changed my mind for now.
There is a pattern for a bodice like this in the bookmarks. Then, you could use the directions for the twirl skirts to put the bottom on it. I don't think you'd need a pattern at all.
Oooooh where? How did I miss that?
hi everyone, okay - so i have the ruffler foot, i watched the video clip online of somebody using it, butwhen i make a twirl skirt and join the rows together, how does it end up working out even and how do you know what settings to use on the ruffler?????
thanks, wendy
Someone told me to take a piece of material that is 10" long and keep working with it and your settings until you get it to end up at 5". That way you know to double your fabric for the length of ruffles you need. Hope this helps! But you might want to wait for an opinion from someone that actually owns a ruffler foot! Due to the snooty women at Joanns, I do not! Long story

Aha!!! The long overdue AK twirl top w/ Princess Liliana modeling (don't mind the squishy face- she does that, you know).
And of course the Obligatory Twirl...

I love the squishy face! That dress is long-awaited and so adorable! I also love the animal prints, great job!
