Kids clubs

Has anyone recently tried out the disney kids club that they offer at certain resorts? Good? Bad? How expensive is it?

My son has been to the one at Wl and BC and loved the both. Had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I can't remember the pricing but I thought it was reasonable. it included dinner as well.

Our kids had a great time at the Sandcastle Club at Beach Club. It's not cheap, but it was a nice break from the kids and allowed them to have other kids (and adults) to play with and talk to.

The price is $11.50 per hour per child, with a 2-hr minimum. The last couple of years the Disney packages have included a discount coupon for the Kids' Clubs, but I haven't heard if the 2014 packages do.

In a weeks stay DD6 goes twice. She has been to BC AK and Poly. The Poly is the nicest, IMO. But i always pick the restaurant near the club. We need the adult time and she really enjoys just playing with new toys and crafts for a few hours.

No, anyone can make reservations and use the Kids' Clubs.

Make a nice dinner reservation and enjoy a date night.

Also, I think Swan/Dolphin gives you up to 2 free hours in their kids' club when you eat at one of their nice restaurants. I know they used to, not sure if they are still offering that.

They are one of the best deals WDW has going. My kids love them, the price is more than fair, and it gives adults some one on one time, and kids some downtime. I highly recommend them.

My DD loves them, but her favorite at the Poly is closed for the rest of the year I believe. She's so bummed!
