Kids Club concerns

Not all kids love it, but that's a personality thing rather than a kids club thing. My 9 year old is like glue to me, so she prefers to only to go the kids club for an hour or so once or twice a day and spend the rest of her time with me, which is fine with me. I plan that hour she's in the kids club around the adult only activities that DH and I want to do together and we roll with it. But she has always been the kind of child to be hesitant to change and being left somewhere.

I am looking forward to the kiddos going to the kids club...and when we tell them we're going I think they will really want to go, too. They are 7 and 9. Last year we went to Aulani and they LOVED going to Aunty's Beach House. 4 of the 5 grandkids are littler (under 10) and the one that never wanted to go to Aunty's talks now about how much fun the other kids had. I think he will go with the others....but even if not I'm sure my two girls will be stoked to spend time there. I hope they make some friends and enjoy....even just for an hour so I can read my book by the pool :D It's family time for sure, but I'm a single mum so I like some quiet time where we're together but not, if that makes sense. After such a fantastic experience at Aulani I have NO reservations about the clubs on the ship. I'm hoping my teenage nephew will go to the teen club too! He'll have just turned 16 when we sail, so I'm hoping he'll love it.
