Will be staying in a 2 bedroom at Kidani next month. I have a dd4. Do you think I could move the sleeper chair from the living room into a bedroom or is it too big to fit? We aren't comfortable leaving her in the living room by herself and we sure don't want her in bed with us and I really dont' want to have to pack the air mattress. Thanks much!

That chair is VERY wide...think twin bed plus arms. It's also very heavy. I'm not even sure it would fit through the bedroom door easily. You could lock all the locks on the door to the outside hallway. I don't think a 4 yo could reach the top one. You could also sleep with your own door open so you could hear her.

Please don't move the furniture between rooms, it causes damage to the furniture and the interior of the room.

If the issue is her being in the living area, you could put her in the bedroom and you and DH sleep in the living area on the pull out. Are there others staying with you...I noticed you said you were staying in a 2-bedroom...

There are others going with us. As for the chair, I thought it was a lightweight chair like I had in college that was easily moved. We'll just bring the air mattress and put it on the floor like we normally do.

Although, is there enough room in the master bedroom for a toddler bed if I rented it?

My dh wants her in the room with us. He's very uncomfortable when on vacation, having her in a different room, and at her age and maturity level, I want her in the room with us also.

Thanks.

The Kidani master bath is huge, and you could easily put an air mattress in there and leave the door open to the master bedroom. Bring some nightlights, too.

I do have to say when my kids were 4 I was always trying to get them to sleep away from me, and stop showing up in my bed! ;)

I agree with the nightlight recommendation. The rooms are VERY dark when all the lights are off. I'm talking PITCH BLACK. I thought I was going to hurt myself just walking from the master BR to the coffee pot in the morning :rotfl:(trying not to turn the lights on for the person sleeping in the living room).

You will love the 2BR. It is very beautiful!
