Just had to share our excitement...
Well was catching up on The Dis last night when DW and I remembered we had forgot to call MS on the 20th to try to book our Christmas stay this year @ our 7 month mark
! So knowing the kids wanted to stay at AKL or dare we dream Kidani Villiage I was sure we had missed the boat on a ressie there so we ranked all the DVC resorts last night as to where else we might try to stay.
9:00am this morning i'm already dialing got placed in holding queu got "Frank" on after about 5 minutes of hold time he checks all the security stuff looks up AKL for us and sure enough could not secure all the nights @Jambo would have to waitlist, now being a waitlist pro for AKL at Christmas we both new this would not come to pass. So I request he go ahead and look at Kidani and thats when he says "Oh ya there is plenty of studios and 1BR at Kidani" so I throw the dice one more time and tempt fate I ask for a Savannah View and "Frank" says "yes there is some open as a mater of fact there is LOADS of them available".
So we are now confirmed for Kidani at Christmas 12/20-12/24
and considering adding on 12/19 instead of waiting for AP discount rates and going cash ressie at Pop
.....So as of 9:30 this morning there was plenty of availability at Kidani if anyone was thinking about Christmas.
