Keys To Magic Kingdom Tour

Hi all - wondering if you could be of service!

I've just bought tickets to the Keys To Magic Kingdom tour for when I go on November. The cast member was really helpful and booked everything without any issue at all. Only thing is, I've realised afterward that I didn't provide an email so don't have any confirmation. Thinking that it would be on My Disney Experience (as he linked our booking as we are staying at CBR), I checked that but can't see it listed anywhere? Should I?

I imagine all is fine and when we turn up with our IDs it shouldn't be a problem, I just feel slightly uncomfortable not having ANY booking info (I do have a reference number at least) sent to me or linked to my account when it's a decent sum of money involved.

You don't get any confirmation. It is a little nervewracking to know that you don't have anything to prove you signed up and paid for the tour, but that is how they do it. I had the same concerns when we booked it a few years ago.
 
Yeah, it's nutty that they don't provide any confirmations for tours. We just booked and did the World Showcase tour a couple weeks ago. Same, no confirmation. Just our name on a list when we went to sign in, and when we scanned our bands our account was coded to let us in the park early (so clearly it's linked to MDE somewhere internally)

I'm very much looking forward to it! Been to Disney many times, but never done any of the tours! :)
 

When I called and setup my keys to the Kingdom Tour last year, they gave me a confirmation number, but that was it. The CM even said that it wont show in MDE at all. I simply added the confirmation number to my daily notes in MDE.

Do they not give out a confirmation number anymore?

The gave us one for our tour last week.
 
I'm also going in Nov. I have a confirmation number and it shows up in the itinerary portion of MDE online.

Nothing to worry about. I had nothing but the reference number, and I don't think that I even needed it.
 
Same here, the tours group isn't integrated (and why you had to call them up to book). to make sure just in case I need it, in mde I add plans, add note and put in the tour, time/date, when/where to be and my confirmation/reference number given over the phone.

I didn't even need an id or anything just needed to know who I was to get checked in and let into the park before rope drop.

It doesn't show up on my phone, only on the computer. We are booked for Nov. 7th - first tour of the day. I'm very excited as it has always been on my bucket list. It would be fun to be on the same tour.

Ah Nov 7th is our first proper day so will be in MK, but ours is on Sat 12th. Plan on doing tour then going to some malls after as weekends can be crazy times for crowds! :)
