Yes, I always announce “Cows” and I throw in a “Moooo” for good measure.

No, we never did this. We just looked at them. My sister is probably glad we didn’t get into the habit as she is currently visiting her in-laws dairy farm and there are cows everywhere . . .

This used to happen when I was at kid, probably to keep us interested on drives out. It'd happen for any type of larger animal (cows, horses, sheep etc), but I'm not sure why as they're pretty common animals in the fields in the UK.

Sadly it doesnt happen any more. Mostly because I spend a lot of time driving on my own so randomly announcing animals might be a bit weird the yellow car game however is another matter!
