I have been to Disney about 3 times. Each time in the room, it has only been my wife and I. In May, we are going down and taking my folks and my in-laws and staying in a 3 bedroom villa at one of the Vacation clubs. So it will be 5 adults to one room.

I have heard in the past, that all 5 people will charge to the same credit card? Meaning that only one charge card could be assinged to the room. Is this true? Or can I get each key to world linked to different credit card?

I think what ever card pays for the room is linked to the card.

Some one who knows more will be along soon to help im sure :)

I went last year with my mother in-law and we were told that only one card can be assigned to the Keys to the world card luckily it was just one person it did make it kind of hard to keep track of :wizard:

You can only put one card on the account for charging privaleges. HOWEVER, if you do not choose express check out, you can go to the front desk the day before you check out and have each individual cards charges put on whatever credit card you want.
For example, my DH's cousing and I shared a room in December 2007. She put her card on the room, but I did most of the charging. The day before we left, I walked to the Front Desk at CBR and paid the charges that were mine. The charges are separated by the number on the KTTW card. The last digits are different.

so far this has made the most sense.. and the easist..

"The charges are separated by the number on the KTTW card. The last digits are different."

This is how we handle it, staying DVC every year with my mom and sister:

We check in and I put my card down and authorize charging for me, mom, sis, and DH (if he is a good boy :lmao: ).

The morning before we check out, we stop at the front desk and get the charge list. Mom and sis go through it, using the numbers of the KTTW cards to see what they each charged (usually harder for my sister, since she continuously demags her card and usually ends up with 3 by the end of the trip  ).

Anyway, they then add whatever they spend that day to it. They go to the front desk the night before check out and pay their charges. Then on the morning of check out, my balance is charged to my card.

We stayed at OKW in Aug 2005. I seem to recall that the front desk was able to print out all of our charges sorted and subtotaled by KTTW card number. If was very easy for each family to pay their share.
