Kevin - Got a Kindle for Christmas

DH is not a Disney fan. He puts up with Disney and goes twice a year because he loves me. Getting ready for DAP I listened to many of the podcasts. I share podcast information with him as I know his life would be incomplete without stories about the cleaning lady, the warnings about the damn lakes, Ferris updates and the general goings on in podcast life. I used to be an avid reader, but life has gotten in the way, especially the computer. I was complaining about not having a book to read on our DAP trip and said, if I had a Kindle I would just download something to read. Then I listened to the last podcast show and Kevin mentioned it was his favorite thing. Of course, I had to share everyone's favorite things as DH is a camera geek and he didn't know about the site that Corey mentioned. Well, for Christmas I got a Kindle. I immidiately downloaded a book that is a must have in every educator's library, the new Twilight book. I love the fact that I can change the size of the font & carry it with me in my netbook case. I am all techno geeked out with my netbook (the laptop stays home), my kindle, & my Ipod touch. Life is good. I am now ready for my next trip to WDW, which isn't until next August.

Now if I can get an I-Phone through Verizon, Techno life will be complete. Verizon is the only carrier that works in my work place.
