keurig broken

I'm getting no power to the unit. Changed plug locations, left it off, tried to turn it on, nothing. Of course, I am a month out of my warranty! Anyone have this problem? I just ordered three boxes of K Cups. I need it to work!!!! ;) I did buy it at kohls....could I take it back there? they say any time for any reason....
 
Contact them. If you are having issues as I have in the past, they will work with you warranty or not.
 
I agree with the previous poster. I've had mine for over 7 years, and a new one in the box, just in case. My machine just starting acting up, it seems a seal around the needle must have come off. They are sending me a new seal, no charge, and they said if that doesn't work to call them back. They have the best customer service ever.
 

Call them. I agree their customer service seems great. They stand behind their products, but it does seem like overall the Keurig really isn't that great of a product. There are a lot of Keurigs out there that die within the year (die or just stop working periodically). Mine is one of them.
 
Had the same problem last month - I called, they sent me a brand new one (with the free sample pack), and all I had to do was sent them the piece where you put the cups. Mine was over 1 1/2 years old. Very easy.
 
Call them... it will be several days before they get back to you through email! Your better off calling and getting the ball rolling. My 12 month old machine died 2 days before the warranty was up... I emailed first but right after I emailed I called them... I had a new unit in my house before they even responded to my email! LOL
 
Woo Hoo!!!! Just got off the phone with them, and a NEW brewer in on its way!!! With a full one year warranty on the new one! :banana::banana::banana::banana:
 
Mine broke too..Funny I also got it at Kohls. I tried several times to get it to work then got frustrated and decided to return it. Kohl's took it back no problem. I think I had it for almost a year before I returned it.
 
I have 2 machines, the first one is about 4 years old and is at our camp. We have never had a problem with that one. We have a platinum brewer at home and we are on our 3rd or 4th one. For those of you that have issues, was it the platinum brewer?
