Can you give me some insights to visiting Manhattan? What kind of tours do they have? Where is the least expensive to stay or sites where I can find cheap accomodation? We are looking at travelling to either Washington, DC during the first week of August OR visiting New York City.
Can you help me out at all? We are 2 adults, 3 kids 8, 6, and 4 and a teenager coming from London, England.
