Kentucky ?? Berea, Mammoth cave?

We're planning to take DD16 up to Berea College next summer for a go-see. We've never been to Kentucky before so I really don't know much about it. I've thought about going over to Mammoth cave, but I'm worried that it doesn't seem very handicapped accessible.

Any ideas?

You can also go to mammothcave.com. There's a lot of great info on these sites, including specifics about the tours. We went several years ago, and enjoyed it -- we were going to go back in summer 2008 and go on the more extensive tour, but ended up detouring to Memphis instead. I don't know about handicapped accessible. There are several other caves in the area -- we really liked Crystal Cave, which is on one of the sites, I think.
