I was married on 12/08 and decided to have my bouquet preserved with Keepsake Floral in Orlando. I was so happy and couldn't wait to have the chance to keep my beautiful bouquet forever. I was told to leave my bouquet at the front desk of the resort I was staying in...I did...the flowers weren't picked up until 3days later!! I was upset and asked to speak to a manager, a very bubbly customer service rep told me that I would need to be speak to the owner Dayna. Well I waited for a call back for almost a week, finally an older lady called me to apologized...I wanted my p/u fee refunded...they said NO! After all that I was charged for "replacement" flowers...hello...it wasn't my fault the flowers wilted! They charged $50 to replace the petals! After spending $700.00 on the keepsake, I received it and was horrified to see that the invitation had come off...petals everywhere....I cried and cried! My husband had to call Keepsake for me since I was so sad and depressed. They told him Dayna the owner would call back later that day...she didn't!! (Not a surprise) week went by and she asked me to email her pictures, which I did...it took another week for her to respond. UPS picked up my keepsake and 2 months later I received it. My keepsake is in the closet...when it came back the frame was chipped and glue strands covered my invitation. I knew I was going to get the run around again so, I just left alone, no point calling them back. I am not a complainer and hate situations like this! It is not worth the hassle and the pain or the money to go through this. My cousin told me that I could have preserved the flowers myself using silica sand!!! I wouldn't recommend Keepske Floral to anyone! Ladies please be careful and do you homework...ask as many questions as possible. I would have gone to a different company, but Disney spoke highly of them, i'm sure they get commission!:sad1:

I am so sorry that happened. Keepsake LOST my bouquet! I have no idea where it is but one of the girls asked me to email them a picture of it so they could find it which I refused to do because I knew they would just make a new one. I don't want a new one, I want the one I actually carried! Apparently I am told this happens a lot. I can't believe Disney recommends people like this.

I am so sorry that they did that to you. :sad2:

Mini and mik, return them via certified mail, make them sign for them. If you paid with a credit card, dispute it with your card. I would expect a refund, you paid for a service & product that they did not perform or deliver. I am so sorry about your flowers! That is such a big bummer! If they dont want to refund or make good, complain to the BBB and teh FTC in Florida. If they get enough of these types of complaints, it will save other people from going through what you are.

I would get your money back, and scrap the idea. Obviously they botched it and it really cant be "fixed" at this point. They seem to be missing the whole idea of "why" people preserve their flowers to begin with.

It seems like it defeats the purpose to replace the bouquet am I right? I mean the only point of preserving it is to have it be the one you carried on the big day? I dont want to pay close to a grand to have some flowers that look like my bouquet!

They charge a pretty stiff fee for their service, and they dont deliver from what I have read on the board. You are not even close to the first bride to complain about them. Im sure the others will pipe up.

That's terrible--I'm so sorry they messed up your keepsake. I agree with the previous poster--I'd bring up the matter with your CC and see if you can get some resolution going that route.

I COULD NOT AGREE MORE!!! BBB is there for a REASON! I HATE when consumers are taken advantage of. Where is customer service these days?

Here's the BBB's web address to file a complaint. It's easy to do it online:

I am horrified about what I have read about Keepsake Floral. If anyone uses keepsake floral, I suggest you give your bouquet only to your wedding planner at the beginning of the wedding reception after all of the formal photos have been taken. That is what we did. We had informed our planner that we wanted to do keepsake floral and that keepsake floral was aware that we were going to preserve a couple bouquets. Please make sure you give it to your planner to send it in yourself. They are in Orlando and if you able to you can take it in yourself. I am so sorry to hear these stories and so sad for those that don't have their actual bouquet.

I will def contact my credit card company. I didn't think of that....thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am glad you said this I was thinking about using them. I wrote them an email saying that they are losing buisness due to thier horrible customer service and the products they send out!!! It will most likley not do anything but that just made me so mad I have emailed them before for pricing!! I didn't mention anyones name or anything just said I have heard bad things.
