Keeping track of pts.

Does anyone know if you can request a rundown of pts. used from Disney, i.e., itemizing each reservation. I know there's software to keep track and I have it, but unfortunatlely I haven't plugged in the numbers. I only need to go back 3 years.

Yes you can request it by calling MS. They will mail or fax it to you for whatever period of time you need. It does take a while to decipher it but it is worth reviewing from time to time.

As HBC said you can get an accounting from MS.... It can be a hard read.... I liken it to taking an open book Algebra final... everything you need to know is there, it just hurts your brain tryin to ex-strap-u-late it.... (big word I have no idea how to spell... did I come close?)

But once you get in the groove.... it makes sense.

BTW, may I ask why you want to go back three years.... do you think a mistake was made?
