Ripped in 30 day 5 week 3 and 50 minute 5k workout! :)

Adding 55 mins of walking. Sore from trying to jump back into regular workouts too fast, so scaling it down again for a while.

Today I ordered my own treadmill. I'm really excited because it will make exercising much easier (the gym is not in the town I live in).

I'd love to hear how you like your treadmill, I'm thinking about getting one as well.

Personally I LOVE my treadmill! I would give up many other things before it! I would never have gotten into half marathon shape without it. It's a nordictrack, w a strong enough motor that it handles me and my husband running with no problem. It has speakers that i plug my ipod into and a small fan. I have a larger fan set up for summer. It's a one touch incline and speed increase.

5/23 - 20 min
5/24 - 48 min (my pace was slower; it's HARD to run in all this humidity!)

Woke up early so I jumped on the elliptical for 35 minutes before DH got home from work & went to sleep (elliptical is in our bedroom & I like to watch tv while I'm on it).

That sounds like the one we used at our gym! And knowing how you use it, would you purchase a used one? I'm hoping to find one at a garage sale that just needs some love :)
