5/27 - 63 min run/walk Stiff and achy back this morning; ran a 5k but not my best time (43 min). Came home and walked the dog (20 min)

Oh my...I haven't updated my last workout nor have I exercised in 5 days...gonna be back to hitting it hard this week. Disney in 9 days! I had an hour WERQ class and an hour YogaFit class on Wednesday which brings me to:
