Keep Movin' in May: May Exercise Challenge

Shaved THREE minutes off my 5k time!! Ran for a mile (split up but 4 1/4 miles!!) also completed day 3 of week 3 of Ripped in 30 :)

May 22nd: 60 elliptical AM/50 bike AM/25 bike PM/15 treadmill PM/30 personal training/60 fight club
May 23rd: 60 elliptical/45 bike/30 personal training
running total 770/1700
 
21: 15 min abs
22nd: 15 min abs.

I want to apologize to everyone for being such an absent host this time around. I had a lot of unexpected issues this month with family illnesses, work problems and my own double whammy injury. had I known, I wouldn't have volunteered. I'm so sorry I haven't updated more frequently. Everyone keep moving this weekend and I'll update first thing Tuesday morning!

80 minutes on the treadmill today. Did my 5k in just under 34 minutes and had a total of a little over 6 miles.

Today I ordered my own treadmill. I'm really excited because it will make exercising much easier (the gym is not in the town I live in).
