Someone asked how you count touring and walking; I am wondering the same. We are coming back from vacation and we did sooo much walking that my calves have doubled in size, haha. Yet there is very little cardio benefit. So I guess you could count it as a little strength and a little cardio? That's how I'm looking at it.

Does anyone ever do the Jessica Smith workouts from You Tube? I love them! She has hundreds to choose from, in all times from like 5 min to 60 min. Anyways, I've been doing some everyday and I can really mix it up.
