Keep Movin' in May: May Exercise Challenge

Adding 180 minutes since last posting. Gym and walking.

Okay I know I said no more running this week because of the race on sunday but it was so cool this morning that I went out for a run/walk. Then it promptly started raining when I got home. :rotfl2:

Sunday calls for cloudy and 60's. Yeah perfect race weather. :cheer2:

45 min run. Awful. Terrible. 45 min run. But I finished. Is it the weekend yet? I've got a sick kiddo, a strained rotator cuff diagnosis and started pt this morning, and I just want to close the books on this week and try again.

5/14~43 minute walk
5/15~45 minutes of walking/jogging with DS10 in a 5k tonight (it was a lot more walking than running-poor kid had a field trip from 8:30-4:30 and we left for the race at 6:00. He was tired before the race even started.)

95 minutes doing a little over 7 miles on the treadmill today. I ran my first full 5k without walking!!!!

Plutobaby - love the quotes. Especially the one about looking cute when you're done running. I can't quite figure out how people get those great finish line photos. Mine look like I'm either going to die or bite someone's head off for sticking a hill at the last .25 mile of the course! :lmao: We will miss you while you are in italy! Have fun!
