I did Ripped week 1 workout today for the first time. I have to say that I loved 30 Day Shred. So, doing this first week of Ripped wasn't as difficult of a workout as the one I just finished on 30ds week 3. But, I really enjoyed it. It's the same principle as 30ds. It's 3 rounds and each round is called 3-2-1. You do 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. Each round is different. I think I like it because it is such a good workout (it's total body for every move) in a short time. So, I have no excuse. I can find 27 minutes to do these Jillian workouts at some point in time during the day. Try it out! I think you'll enjoy it. DS6 asked me daily if I was shredded

and I definitely am more toned. I didn't really lose weight doing 30ds, but I did lose a couple inches

Which 10k are you thinking of doing? Is it a local (Pitts) race? DS10 and I are doing a 5k on Wednesday here. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention when I registered us, and it's also the day of his 4th grade field trip to Heinz Field and on the Gateway Clipper. They won't get back here until 4:30-5:00 and the race is at 7:00. I think he'll be walking more than running!
