An hour WERQ class and an hour on the treadmill on Tuesday, and an hour Strong class, and hour on the treadmill, and an hour YogaFit class on Wednesday bring me to:
2 hr run/walk as my last long one before my next half marathon.
Ankle still bothered me some so this one will probably more walking than running. It is the Rock and Roll half so walking will be okay I will get to hear more of the bands that way.

WAY TO GO Everyone! There is a LOT of orange out there. We are 29% of the way through the month and orange is right where we want to be if we are pacing ourselves... or accurately forecasting our exercise plans, whichever way you prefer to think of it. So congratulations everyone on another outstanding workout week!
Plutobaby - love the quotes. Especially the one about looking cute when you're done running. I can't quite figure out how people get those great finish line photos. Mine look like I'm either going to die or bite someone's head off for sticking a hill at the last .25 mile of the course! We will miss you while you are in italy! Have fun!
2TxAgs - I see you're planning on running the Tink 1/2. Are you considering the Pink Coast-to-Coast with the PHM too??? I'm giving it serious thought.
