Hello Figment and Everyone on the board
I would love to join the May challenge. Since I a week late to the thread, I'll make it based on the three weeks remaining:
Exercise goal: 120 minutes a week (5 days at 60 minutes a day)
Weight: would like to drop 5lbs
There it is. This board has never let me down and I should know better than to slack for a couple months after meeting a goal. Thanks for all the support!

Don't mind at all if you join us now! Added you to the list. But don't be too hard on yourself. Many of us have or have had injuries that we've had to scale back the exercise minutes. Just remember that ALL exercise can count - that means you can do 350 minutes of abs and arms if you wanted....Does anyone mind if I jump in a little late?
I feel a bit silly, but you could put me down 350 for the rest of May. I'm chomping at the bit to do more, but I'm still trying to heal from PF, so I'm going sloooooowly and carefully.
