Hello Figment and Everyone on the board
I would love to join the May challenge. Since I a week late to the thread, I'll make it based on the three weeks remaining:

Exercise goal: 120 minutes a week (5 days at 60 minutes a day)
Weight: would like to drop 5lbs

There it is. This board has never let me down and I should know better than to slack for a couple months after meeting a goal. Thanks for all the support!

I feel a bit silly, but you could put me down 350 for the rest of May. I'm chomping at the bit to do more, but I'm still trying to heal from PF, so I'm going sloooooowly and carefully.
Don't mind at all if you join us now! Added you to the list. But don't be too hard on yourself. Many of us have or have had injuries that we've had to scale back the exercise minutes. Just remember that ALL exercise can count - that means you can do 350 minutes of abs and arms if you wanted.... :)

CONGRATS! I think that what you guys on the 30DS thread have accomplished is amazing! I have never been able to commit to completing the whole 30 days. WTG!:banana:
 

Went out today to run part of the course for a half I'm running in October that is on the waterfront. Was beautiful, warm and sunny. DH tagged along. :cool1:

30 minute video of Walk away the pounds. Stayed home from the gym today so that I could actually get stuff done around the house while the kids were at school. The video wasn't much, but I figured it was better than nothing.

First day of Ripped in 30, have to admit, happy it's only 6 days a week (she says rest for one full day, after the 30DS I am happy to have a day off!!)...but loved Ripped because I like changing routines after 6 days not 10...
