Hi all -- for a while now, I'm constantly getting automatically signed out of MDX -- in any browser I use, as well as on my phone. Anyone else have this issue and/or know of a fix?

Is it after sitting for several minutes or more? Or is it pretty much immediately, within a minute? I get signed out all the time if I let it sit "too long". Whatever "too long" is. It seems to be several minutes or more though.

Hmmm... I want to say after maybe 5min... really not long. It used to keep me logged in essentially until I logged out... but now I'm constantly kicked after a few minutes. I don't see anything that I've done differently on my end, so I assume they changed something... wondering if there's a fix.

That seems a little short. I think mine will keep me in for at least 10, and possibly 30, minutes. Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies. I wonder if something is hosed up there.

I'm giving that a try. I also routinely receive email notifications of new sign-in's to my account... almost feels like either a security setting that was changed on my end or theirs...

Thanks for the suggestions, @soniam!

I started getting those emails a while ago, but maybe this year. It's really annoying, because I get them for every stinkin' Disney website, Disney+, DVC, Disneyland, WDW.

Me too!! If I leave the site I’m automatically logged out, whether it be one minute or 30. There used to be a box to check “remember login” or something, and I would just have to enter my password. Now I have to enter everything each time. And I also get the email notification about a new login to my account every single time. Getting on my nerves

I find it REALLY irritating... and if I'm trying to respond to an alert that an ADR I'm seeking its available, I lose it with the extra time it takes me to log in each time. 🤬

Same thing recently started happening to me. I actually emailed them about it since it was happening so frequently and was a complete pain while trying to navigate the parks using the app or make dining reservations online. Unfortunately, they didn't offer any reason/solutions to actually fix the glitch, just excuses of why it couldn't possibly be on their end.

That's frustrating. Not terribly surprising wrt Disney IT, but frustrating...!!

Recently I've had to get a code sent from them just to login to my account (both on the web and the app). Anyone else have this issue?

This happened to us every day of our trip last week, luckily not at 7am when we got our RISE BP :)

To make matters worse my MDE account is linked to an email used just for Disney as they had to re-create my MDE once already so I didn't have it handy on my phone to access the reset email.
