So we are going next month and expecting 80 or so degrees..how do we keep DD formula bottles cold so they dont spoil? We are staying at All stars and I know the preferred rooms have refridgerators but is there a freezer part? Id freeze ice packs and put it in a lunchbox..if not what should we do?

Mix the bottle as you go. Bring a bottle of water and a small container of formula divided up into servings. You do not have to worry at all about temperature then.

Use powded formula and mix when you need it.

This is incorrect. None of the rooms at the All Star resorts have fridged with the exception of the family suites. You can pay $10/night to get a fridge put in your room or you can see if you can get in on a fridge swap.

Instead of ice packs, bring ziploc bags and fill them with ice from the ice machines in the morning. You can ask for additional ice at any CS location in the parks in order to refill dring the day.

When my kids were still on formula, I definitely found powdered to be easiest for travelling. Just mix as needed and no refridgeration was required.

This is what I did. I put water in each bottle before we left the room, and then added the pre-measured powdered formula when we needed it during the day.

I wouldn't trust keeping pre-made formula bottles cold throughout the day in a lunchbox in 80 depgree temps.

Here's what we did:
We brought a small, soft-sided lunchbag & a small icepack into the parks with 2 water bottles in it. The water stayed cool, but not freezing cold.
We packed an Avent dispenser which held 3 bottles worth of pre-measured formula in it.
We used a Playtex nurser (you can throw the liners away, but reuse the bottle, nipple & ring) and made formula bottles up as DD needed them.

You can wash the bottle parts & refill the water bottles at the Baby Care Centers.

My ds is a toddler but drinks a mixture of Pediasure and whole milk for extra calories and nutrition. We handle the hot days at Disney by...

adding a couple of ice cubes directly into the sippy cups with the milk/pediasure mixture

freezing an extra bottle or two in the empty Pediasure containers (they are nice, 8 oz. with a lid) After it melts during the day it can be shaken and poured into the sippy cup. Plus it helps keep everything else cold.

add a frozen icepack on top

bring ziplock baggies and get ice from CS to put into the bags and keep things cold in the cooler

I really like the coolers that have a hard insert inside---they keep a lot colder during the day than the ones that are just the insulated bags.

When my DD was a baby, we couldn't use powdered mix because she had a sensitive stomach. Keeping it cool and then heating it up was a constant struggle for me. In the room, I suggest a large soft sided fold up cooler filled with ice in the bathtub. In the parks during the day, a small cooler with ice packs. It should keep it cool enough so that it doesn't spoil.

If its medically necessary to have premixed formula I think you can keep it in a fridge in the baby care center or first aid at each park. Anyone know for sure?

Gerber makes milk drink boxes that do have to be kept cold. I've also seen another one called Horizon Organic Milk. They are just on the shelf by juice boxes I think. The Gerber ones are by the baby stuff.
