Karma in action

Today while waiting for my children at school, the parking spot across from me was empty. A man in a huge shiny black truck barrels into the spot and HITS the mirror of the small suv in the spot next to the one he was pulling into! My friend and I were in shock and could not believe he did not even go look at the damage he did to the other vehicle. He got out and walked over to the waiting area. We were talking about "should we say something to him" when the owner of the other vehicle walked to his suv with his daughter. Before we can get out to tell him about the other driver damaging his side mirror, the daughter flings open the door and dings the door panel of the black truck! The suv owner never gets out to check the obvious damage done by his daughter. There you have it...karma in action.

Loved that story! Got another one for you.....my friend went to the ATM drive-up & as she was heading to the drive up, an SUV came up in front of her ~ the wrong way ~ facing my friend who was driving up to the ATM machine. She was shocked & naturally stopped her car & the person that was in the passenger seat of the SUV started doing the transaction but first had to fill out paperwork! My friend was fuming!

Anyway, KARMA kicked in, as soon as the RUDE people in the SUV that cut in front of my friend were done, they (naturally) had to back out of the ATM Lane & did it so fast, that they slamed into a pole, causing a nice big dent in the back of their SUV! I told my friend that if it were me, I would have made them see me do this: KARMA ~ pretty powerful stuff, huh?

Something similar happened to me once. My friend just got a brand new car senior year of high school. I was driving a really beat up piece of junk. She parked next to me in the student parking lot. At the end of the day as she was pulling out she hit my car! My brother saw her do this and she never told me, she just left. Well, since my car was one of those huge indestructible hunks of metal I had no damage. Still would have been nice if she told me though. She, on the other hand, scratched up and dented the whole front passenger side of her 2 week old car. Yep, definitely karma.
