Cast of Characters
Me (Karen)—The planner of the trip and family Disney nut.
Linda—My older sister
Michael—My brother-in-law
Rob—My 12 year old nephew
Catie—My 10 year old niece

We headed over to Disney MGM Studios to get another ride on the Tower of Terror and the Rock ‘N Roller Coaster, and catch the Indiana Jones show. We sat in the second row for the Indiana Jones show, and the kids really enjoyed it. Catie got a bit bored during the parts where they explained how the stunts were done, though.

After the Indiana Jones show, Michael and Robbie left us to go to the Wide World of Sports to catch a baseball game. Linda, Catie, and I got in another ride on the Tower of Terror, and I took Catie on the Rock ‘N Roller Coaster.

We ate lunch at the food stands on Sunset Blvd. I got a delicious barbecue chicken pizza. Linda got a pepperoni pizza, and Catie got a turkey leg.

After lunch, Linda then took Catie back to the Animal Kingdom to do some of the things that we missed on Saturday. Since I don’t like the Animal Kingdom, I went over to Epcot to test run Mission: Space to decide if it was too intense for the kids. I was a bit nervous about riding it because of what everyone has said about people getting sick on it. I actually thought it was pretty weak. I think Body Wars and Back to the Future over at Islands of Adventure are more intense than Mission: Space. I guess I just had higher expectations for the ride. I did ride it several times, though.

I walked lesiurely around Epcot for a while, and took the monorail back to the Polynesian to meet the rest of the family. We had a light dinner at Captain Cooks. I wasn’t that hungry, so I shared a chicken tenders meal with Catie.

After dinner, Michael took the kids for a swim while Linda and I went to Downtown Disney. We did some shopping, and then went to Pleasure Island. We went to the show at the Adventurers Club. The cast was hysterical. We really had a great time, and had delicious strawberry daquris with whipped cream. Yum. We popped into a few of the other clubs to check out the atmosphere before heading back to the Poly to hit the hay.

You might not want to use me as a guide, Pumba. I can go on pretty much any ride. I think that Body Wars is a lot rougher ride than Mission: Space. Body Wars jerks you around a lot more. I never felt like I was spinning on the ride. I just thought it was pretty weak.
