I agree, 'K' was easy Compared to some letters, that are a little on the difficult side this one was soooooooooo easy

How often do the letter and other exchanges take place?

Every two weeks I think you'll find for the alphabet ones, but others come & go at less regular intervals.

Keep an eye on the exchange index at the top of the CB to see what exchanges there are at the moment.
