The resort will be a little over 800 units when complete, if the prior commitment of 18 buildings holds true.

Unable to tell how far they might be. In the Fall of '04 they announced that all of Phase 1 (four buildings) had been sold-out. That was about a year after sales began. So, if that pace continued, they probably have about 7 buildings (of the 18) sold at this point.

The last Phase of construction isn't scheduled to open until sometime in 2007. It takes about 3 years from groundbreaking to opening to bring-up a new resort. So even if they announced a new property tomorrow, you can bet they'll be selling SSR until well into 2008.

If demand should happen to outpace availability, they could easily use price increases to moderate demand. But I doubt that will be necessary.
