Just whining for a minute....

I took down the Christmas decorations today and somehow managed to pull a muscle in my back....which then led to a migraine.
I took 3 extra strength Tylenol....head is somewhat better.
It hurts to breath.

Sorry....just whining tonight.

I hear ya. Done it many times. I was a dummy this week- we were in Alligator Bayou at POR and had a trundle bed- well, I thought I could fit my 5'6'' self on that trundle.... bad idea. I have had horrible back pain for three days. So can sympathize.

Migraine is gone. I took 2 more tylenol before bed. (5 in 90 minutes......no lectures please...)
The back is not any better. This is going to take a few days I think.
It's all in the right shoulder blade area.
Looks like the heating pad will be going to work with me today.

I'm not going to lecture you about the Tylenol, but I do think you should be aware that too much Tylenol can cause liver damage. If you have back problems and migraines and need to take pain relievers frequently, you might want to look it up just so you know the proper dosage and how much can cause you some real problems (it's doesn't take much). Glad you're feeling better!

Take Ibuprofin for back pain. Motrin or Advil, may work better then the Tylenol.
