Done reading...loved it thus far. What is with the sick kids? Mine have had the stomach flu this week. Only good thing is today was the 1st day all week we have been out of the minus factor so nothing better to do. Let me know if you have any questions about the photopass. I am heading up one. I wish we could do our taxes, too. I doubt we will see our W2s until the end of the month, though!

Woohoo I am getting Rylan's first big boy bed today!!

Its by IKEA. Its used...but they are selling the bed and mattress for $85 which is a really good deal I can't wait!

How exciting! Emily loved going from her crib to toddler bed and now she has a full size bed. I, on the other hand, am just reminded that she's not a baby anymore.

Just wanted to let you know that my family and I are seriously considering an upgrade from Pop Century to CSR!! WE loved it soooo much last year, and I am really starting to miss it. I'll let you know what we decide.

Just got the red Mickey Mouse luggage...even got free shipping. Can't wait! The bed looks great. I wish we would have started Jenny in a toddler or smaller bed. It was such a transition to the big bed.

Aww! The bed is so cute. He'll love it. What kind of bedding does he have? I was thinking about trying to find some Mickey bedding or handy manny. We might get Tyson a toddler bed. I just don't know if he's old enough yet. LOL he's actually back to sleeping in our bed again. Ughhhh!

Ahh that's great! I was planning on just buying a toddler bed (I really wanted Thomas) and my mom insisted on a twin bed. Well I found this one, and it actually extends out longer once he gets taller. So her deal was that if I got a bed she was okay with she would help me pay for it I just didn't want him in such a big big bed to start off with.

He has so many types LOL. He has a Thomas set, a Mickey Mouse set (got it on sale today at BRU for $25!), and a Cars set. Rylan is actually too tall for his crib (and has been). He is 37 inches tall and weighs over 30 lbs. He used to take off his poopy diaper and smear it all over the crib, and it got to the point where I couldn't clean in the small crevices, so I decided it was time for a toddler bed. We shall see how it goes.

Alright. I have pictures of the new bed! And with the new bed comes a "new" room. My dad and I are trying to clear a lot of stuff out of his room that doesn't need to be in there. I purchased a toy hammock a LONG time ago and we finally got around to putting it up tonight. This child has so many stuffed animals, its insane. My dad also got him a plane mobile from Germany last year so he put that up too. He has a HUGE tv in his room, it was leftover from the living room when we got a new tv in there. We can't put it on the tv stand because of the danger that poses...so I tried to go shopping for a new kiddie tv tonight and darnit, I went to 3 stores and 1 had none and the other 2 only had PINK ones. No can do. I looked at getting him a regular 20 in flat screen tube tv...but I wasn't sure about spending $120 on it. Anyone know where I can find a kids tv??

Alright, without further ado, here is the "new" room (I still have a lot of work to do in there).

I am seriously regretting this whole toddler bed thing. He is not staying in it (not that I thought he would). I just know I have several sleepless nights ahead of me

I have been thinking about hiring an in room sitter from Kids Nite Out to watch Rylan one or two nights so I can go out later at night and either enjoy EMH and some rides, or go to CityWalk at Universal...Has anyone ever used an in room sitter before? I am not used to spending SO much time with him, 24 hours a day, that I know I will for sure need a break. I am not sure if my aunt would keep him for a night or not.

As for hiring an in room sitter, I'd do it. You deserve to get out since you're with Rylan all the time. Go out, have a good time

Anyone considered doing an Illuminations cruise on a pontoon boat? I was just reading about it...and thought if others were interested maybe we could discuss? If at least 4 families split it, it wouldn't be too bad, esp if we had 1 more family. Just a thought!

After reading that Kennedy is scheduled to launch a shuttle while we are there, I am definitely going to pay attention to that to see if we can find a place to hang out and watch it!
