Just sold a small contract and wanted to share the timing

I just sold one of my smaller contracts through a sponsored reseller and wanted to share the timing since it moved smoothly.

8/20 Sent completed paperwork to reseller
8/21 Listing posted to the reseller's website
8/21 Within hours, received an email that my contract had sold
8/22 Paperwork sent to Disney for ROFR
9/18 Disney waived ROFR
9/20 Received closing documents
10/1 Received notice that the sale closed
10/13 Received the check in the mail

So about 2 months from start to finish with a small contract that was snatched up quickly. I am happy with my other contracts and don't plan on selling (or buying) again soon, but good to know it's an easy process.

Congrats! How many small contracts do you own. I see you have 3 home resorts. I am just starting my DVC life (hopefully soon..) I'm waiting on my 200 pt contract for Disney to waive the ROFR. but i'm contemplating on buying smaller contracts in the future with TTS. It seems to go really fast and i'm glad the resale market is good... how many points sold in your small contract??
