So, is there anyone else out there eating peanut butter for lunch? No, not a pb sandwich, just straight pb from the jar? I am sitting here with my jar of Teddy's All Natural pb, my 3 year old fell asleep, and I can't stop "tasting" the pb. I need an intervention.

Someone please tell me to put the peanut butter away!!!!

No, but there was an article that said, to keep your weight down, eat peanut butter. Now I don't remember why, but maybe a google search will help find out how peanut butter and weight maintenance is achieved.

Do you have any chocolate to put in that peanut butter? Yummy :goodvibes

If you eat it as part of your meal (toast and PB for breakfast) it is supposed to keep you blood sugar steady and keep you fuller for a longer period of time. Not sure what eating it out of the jar does for you. :sunny:

Nope, no chocolate. But I did, however, manage to put the lid back on. :thumbsup2 I try to convince myself that it is protein, that's good for you. I miraculously keep skipping over the fat content on the nutritional label. Although I did recently read an article that said (in a nutshell :rotfl2: ) that low-fat diets may not have the health benefits in women that they once thought. Hmmm...

Maybe I should take the lid back off.....

Dip some graham crackers in it. Yummy!

OMG, I’m home! You guys are my people!

I thought I was the only one that eats PB straight out of the jar! :teeth:

But Peanut Butter has the "good" fat! Get that lid off!! :cool1:

Delicious & nutritious!
Peanut butter contains protein, fiber, B vitamins, magnesium, iron and monounsaturated fat. When consumed in moderation, this power-packed food can help lower LDL, the "bad cholesterol", and raise the HDL or "good cholesterol" !!
