I know my credit union has a $1000 per day limit on my debit transactions, so I'll have to call them to release the limit ahead of time. May have to call redcard too. Probably will just to be safe. Whether the 20% coupon works or not, I'll be buying what I need that day - even if it's only the 5% +5%.Thanks namaste oh did you mean call target redcard or your bank?
Just received my first pharmacy reward yesterday and was surprised to see one for online and one for instore. Bought (3) disney cards on line and was having problem using the "online" rewards number. Called customer service while still waiting to submit the order. She spent over 10 min. attempting to make it work and then told me to submit the order and call back after 30 min she gave me a reference # and told me to given that # to the customer service agent and they would manually apply the 5%. To my surprise when I called back, the agent not only gave me the 5% but without even asking, added another 5% for my "trouble". Never expected that, was only looking for the 5%. Awesome customer service from Target.
I googled 'Target 20% off storewide' and did find lots of sites indicating Target will be handing the coupons out on Black Friday. It sounds like you'll get it once you check out and I think one site mentioned it will start on Thursday at 8pm.
My dilemma is I'm in Canada but only 2 hrs away from a US Target so I could potentially go down to see if I can get my hands on one or two if none of my friends are going down but I'm more concerned with the store running out of stock on the cards since we are flying out of Syracuse on the 7th, which is the last day of the promo.
You can with the Red Card and the Pharmacy rewards coupon [see every single Target thread on this board]. According to Target's classification system, "gift cards" are Target cards and prepaid Visa & AmEx cards. All the other cards they sell for other vendors (including Disney) are classified as "entertainment cards" and the discounts work on them. This is why the DIS is so Target obsessed!
Occasionally there have been instances where some Target coupons/discounts don't work on the Disney cards, so it remains to be seen what will happen with this Black Friday coupon. So it's going to be a wait & see thing.
Does anyone know if this 20% discount is available for online shopping?
TIA
For future reference, the pharm rewards code isn't supposed to/will not work on gift cards bought online,
Through my google search, the coupon states that it cannot be used on "gift cards" and that the 20% off cannot be used with any other storewide coupon, so... that might mean you cannot use the pharmacy awards![]()
The coupon in the link says in store only.
LadyBeBop said:I wonder how many of these 20% coupons will they hand out. Especially if they're handing the out at 8 PM Thanksgiving night. I'm not giving up on Thanksgiving dinner for a 20% off coupon. I don't have a Disney trip planned in the near future, so I wouldn't get many Disney cards anyway.
