:sunny: And it was hot! We had such a nice time and really enjoyed out first camping trip to Fort Wilderness.

What made it evern better was we decided to purchase a travel trailer last week and picked it up the morning of the day we were leaving! We bought a 2004 Salem LE, 26' with slide-out. It was PERFECT!! We felt so at home and it had everything, and more, that we needed. We can't wait to use it again. We already had 2 more FW trips planned and now we just can't wait!! :earsgirl:

Glad you had such a good time and congrats on the new trailer!

Thanks! Now, if I can only get off these "camping gear/accessories" web sites. I'm going to go broke b/f I get to go camping again!

MMLong, whatever you do, don't go into Camping World! That place is like Toys R Us to my DH!!!!!!! :teeth:

Uh oh!! :earseek: That's the store that got DH hooked!! :rolleyes1 We didn't even have a camper at the time.......we only had a tent. IF you have to go to campingworld.com, at least try and be sure that they are offering $1.00 shipping. Our nearest Camping World is in NJ (about an hour away). If I order anything from campingworld.com I don't pay sales tax since there isn't one in PA. That KIND OF helps..............but I still don't like DH to look at the site!! ;)

They are having that $1 shipping offer right now. I have a few things that seem to be priced right on there, but others I'm not to sure about. I have tried searching online for a couple of things but I normally get taken right back to Camping World! So, I guess it's them or nothing! :sunny:

Be sure to look into their President's Club. :cool1: Yes, you pay to join but it does pay for itself during the year! :flower:

I sure will! I'm going to add up what I'm purchasing and see what discount it will get me! Thanks for reminding me!

What loop were you in?

Loop 500, site #507.

It was a nice loop, but the particular site didn't fit our camper well. Since we have a slide-out and an awning, we had to manuever between a large pine tree and the "power stump" and had to be completely in the back of the site, off the concrete pad, to fit.

It was a nice sit though, don't get me wrong. They should just remove the pine tree, that's all! LOL

We'll be back the last weekend of September and again the first weekend of December and will be requesting the 600 Loop, I think.
