Just returned from the BWV's last night 6/26-7/3

We had a great trip. I can't believe it's over all ready.

Our first night we had a BW view 1 bdrm.which was handicap accessible so we had a huge balcony. It was the first balcony over the Screen Door on the second floor. The room was super clean and everything was perfect.

The next 6 nights we had a standard view 1 bdrm. and saw Illuminations from our balcony on our last night. It was a great way to end a terrific trip.

I love the BoardWalk and I can't wait to go back. The only complaint I have is the transportation from DTD to the BW. 5 stops is way too many and on our last night everyone on the bus applauded when we finally got to the BW. Of course we were the last stop and it was getting late so we were too tired to get off at the Swan and walk. And some of the buses and boats have an AC problem. There were too many times where we were suffocating because the AC wasn't working. I just don't understand it. I even went to the front desk to complain about it and was told sorry we'll look into that. Gee thanks.

But other than that we had a blast. The pools were great and the BW bakery is my favorite for a quick morning snack. And being able to walk to Epcot is another plus.

I took about 300 pictures so as soon as I get them loaded into my computer I'll share some with you all.

Hooray for BWV!!!! I've stayed there twice and will definately be back.

Oh, and I completely agree with the DTD bus problem!!

Looking forward to your BWV pics post. I'll be arriving at BWV next sunday and I am hoping the pics will help pacify me until then. I've stayed there twice before and truly love the resort and cannot wait to get back there.

Glad to know you had a wonderful time. We did as well. I am tired now, but I can't wait until next year. We were at VWL and HH prior.

We too were there at the same time....Our room was great...infact it got so cold, we had to turn the air down....It was a great time....for us..I think that the busses run great now.

Glad you had such a good trip. I was there two weeks ago (gosh; seems like it was an eternity ago! ) and we had the same complaint about the bus to DTD. I thought we'd never get back!! Other than that the buses were great.

Can't wait to see those pictures! I have our room view as my new wall paper on the home computer. We had a boardwalk view 1 BR and it looked right down the boardwark towards ESPN. I'm looking at now on the second monitor and boy I wish I was there now.
