We enjoyed CSR very much. It has more of a deluxe feel than a moderate. We had 5 kids aged 10, 13, and 14 both boys and girls. All the children really enjoyed the resort. It is very large, but that is part of its beauty. The Ranchos section seemed very hot, but it is supposed to resemble the desert area so that makes sense. The resort is just beautiful both day and night, but especially at night. We ate at Pepper Market and really enjoyed its set up and the food was very good and plentiful. I don't like the 10% gratuity, though. Our server did basically nothing and got a tip. Oh well... Our only real complaint was with mousekeeping. Several days our room had not been cleaned when we returned from being in a park. On those days it was well after 4:00 before it got cleaned. Even then the housekeeper was only average. Of course, we may just be spoiled to the outstanding mousekeeping that we get in the cabins at FTW. That was just a minor problem, though. The resort was VERY quiet and laid back. Overall, our experience was positive and if we stay at a moderate resort again it will definitely be CSR.
