Just received deed...???

Duh, I'm having a blonde moment...(I'm blonde so I can say that!) or it could be all the Chocolate...ya gotta love Easter!

Anyway, we received our deed last week, Disney has already checked our bank account for the direct payments and our first payment will be coming out in June. So does this mean that "our" building is finished and that we are "closed", in the system and OFFICIAL???

If you purchased at SSR and you don't already have the information regarding when your units come online, you'll probably need to give DVC a call and talk to someone.

I agree w/Alphatexana, you should give them a call. Your guide should've told you what your closing day is. I filled out all my paperwork in Dec, and I don't close until 3/31, and don't have a payment to make until May.

Your closing date should be listed in your contract (the tan colored papers that were a copy of the white ones you sent back).

Just found them...our estimated closing date is March 31st. I guess they finished early since our deed is dated March 1!!! Now I feel "official"!
