despite our many many many visits to florida, we've never managed a launch, though we've tried several times (they were all postponed due to thunderstorms
(i hope the shuttle makes it back ok.....they had damage on take-off again)....

I know what its like trying to see a launch, this was the 1st one after 14 years of trying and about 15 visits to Florida. The party atmosphere and friendliness of Titusville was amazing. I was beginning to think I would never see a launch, now I want to see a night launch that must be awesome.

wayne,-where is the best beach to go to?im here at this momemt and got a car for the 1st time and fancy a trip to a nice place and beach and see a bit of florida and is it easy to get to? cheers rich

Sorry Rich not good with beaches. I heard about 400-500 stung with jelly fish again yesterday, with them and sting rays and not really liking sand we dont do beaches.
