After hemming and hawing about how many points we should add-on and at what resort, we decided to add-on to our "home" with the same use year (June)........This way I won't be confused as to how many points and where and when they are available.

So, if our offer is accepted and Disney does not buy it back we will be the proud owners of...................500 total points at OKW!!!

Congratulations on the new points, Rosemary! You were very smart to keeep the same use year and home resort. We started with HH points with an April use year. Bought a resale at OKW with March use year. At that point I was able to keep track of it pretty well. Then we added 50 at OKW, but they have a April use year!!! Now I can't keep track of what I have because the points planner program that I use groups points by resort, and Disney groups them by use year!!! I'm sooooo confused!!!

We are purchasing the resale through the TimeShare Store (we followed the link above). We also purchased through them about 4 years ago and were very pleased.

The contract is for 270 points. There are no banked points but all for 2003 are available. We offered asking price of 70 per point...................You can see for yourself if you follow the link and look under OKW June use year 270 points..........

Good luck on your ROFR! We made the decision to stay put at one resort too, and hope to always have all our points at OKW. I envy your 500! We have 380, and are looking at another 150.
