i'm guessing you did selective coloring? if so i know some really love it but i'm just not really a fan of that . i did see a b&w photo of nyc with yellow cabs i liked a lot but to me that fit. to me sometimes it just doesn't really do anything to enhance the photo.. however i love the texture on the cottage so if you could just make it black and white or sepia and m aybe a little grain to make it look antique-ish like the cottage, it might look really great (imo, worth very little). and the bottom( under the porch) looks a little off, like it 's cloned in maybe? now aren't you sorry you asked? sorry not trying to be mean, it's just not my style i think.
not that you asked but if you have lightroom and convert to gray scale with that in the gallery you can still use the "color" sliders to a create more depth of "grays" I think that might look good since you have a nice amount of detail in the sky and guessing the whole building might not have been the same color.
