nawwww...
Its not really that bad... Well maybe it is

naww it is quite liveable. We have gone to FLA during August and September several times, and prefer it to the weather (and the crowds) during our trips in Easter and mid-summer... Our favorite time is late September, as it isn't quite as hot or muggy.
We got married in FLA 2 years ago and the weather was hot and humid, but compared to the weather in Newfoundland over the past few weeks, I actually like it in FLA better. The heat here is made worse by the blinding sun and the extra_bad humidity (being near the ocean and all), as I dont find Florida sun glaring, and enjoy the powerful rush of warmth as you leave the air conditioned hotel room.
We did 3 days at WDW 2 years ago, and had 17 days in Florida in total of near perfect weather... Some people said before we left that it would rain for 3 hours per day and be too gross to have fun, but it rained once or twice for about 30-45 minutes, and we had the best trip ever0... We did luck out with the timing between a couple hurricanes though. WDW was managable, especially during early morning. We took breaks and went back to the resort mid-day, and it was still hot on E-night.
I guess we like warm weather LOL Hoping that the weather in Florida will cooperate with us from Aug 9th to Aug 24th...
