And they passed on my contract!!!!! Hurray! So excited to be a DVC owner at Boulder Ridge. Only 19 days from being sent to Disney to getting answer.

Disney is on a roll! We submitted ROFR on 11/15, officially closed this Monday 12/9, and I got my email/activation code today 12/11!!!!

We are sellers but also heard back in 18 days that they were passing.

We were even faster (not trying to brag; just a datapoint indicating that maybe they're clearing out everything ahead of Christmas). Our offer was accepted on 11/30 with papers signed and submitted for ROFR. We cleared ROFR yesterday and are now waiting on final estoppel letter from Disney for us to close. We should close before the end of the year.
