I had the nicest JetBlue employee help me today. DD was supposed to fly from IAD to PWM changing planes in JFK. Well JFK was having major delays and cancelled flights this evening and her flight from IAD was being delayed 8 hours (finally cancelled). She didn't find out until she got to her gate. I told her to get in line to see what they could do while I called JetBlue. The woman stayed on the phone with me chatting for 10-15 minutes until DD reached the podium. As soon as they took her off the flight the woman rebooked her for the same flight tomorrow. She got the second to last seat on the flight. I thanked her over and over for staying on the phone and making sure DD got on another flight the next day. Great customer service.
